MJS Calculator reaches 2500 hits!
Our updated and simplified enfranchisement calculator has had more than 2,500 uses since the launch of our new website in September 2015, signifying its popularity and usefulness as a free, private and interactive ready-reckoner for calculating the likely cost of extending a lease or buying the freehold of a house.
Although no substitute for proper detailed advice, the calculator is well recognised as a simple and helpful tool for those taking that first exploratory step in what can be a daunting process.Â
